02Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live, to buy a membership or use the Service. By joining you confirm that you are, and that the details in your Whop account are accurate.

You are responsible for making sure that trading futures and using prop firms is allowed where you live.

03The membership

A membership includes, while it is active: one free prop-firm evaluation credit per billing cycle (see Free eval credits), access to the order flow education library, access to the real-time GEX web app, access to the Yush Capital Discord community (joined through Whop), live trading sessions and weekly giveaways.

Specific features, content, schedules and supported prop firms may change over time. Live sessions follow the schedule we announce and may be moved or cancelled.

The Discord community runs on Discord, a third-party service, and access to it is managed through Whop: you link your Discord account in your Whop settings to join. Discord's own terms apply there, and your access to the community ends when your membership ends.

Giveaways are promotions run by Yush Capital. Each one is governed by the official rules posted with it, which set out who can enter, how to enter, the prizes, how winners are chosen and when it ends. Where the law requires it, no purchase is necessary to enter or win, and the official rules describe a free way to enter. Giveaways are void where prohibited.

04Accounts and sign-in

You sign in with your Whop account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for all activity that happens under it.

A membership is for one person. Sharing your login, reselling access or redistributing content is not permitted and may result in your membership being ended without a refund.

05Price, billing and renewals

A membership costs $149.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes, billed in advance through Whop. The price that applies to you is the one shown at checkout.

Checkout, billing and renewals are handled by Whop. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

All membership payments are final and non-refundable once made: no refunds, full or partial, for any reason, including unused time or a billing period in which you did not request a free eval. You can cancel at any time from your Whop account to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Our Refund Policy explains this in full.

If your membership started before October 25, 2026, it keeps renewing at the price you signed up at for as long as it stays active, meaning it keeps renewing without a break, and we will not change that price. A late renewal that Whop collects when it retries a payment does not count as a break. If your membership is cancelled, expires or ends because a payment isn't made, and you join again later, the price at that time applies. We may change the price of new memberships at any time. For a membership that started on or after October 25, 2026, we will not change the price while it is active without telling you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and a change would only apply from a billing period that starts after that notice, so you can cancel first.

If a renewal payment fails, Whop may try it again. Your access may be paused until the payment goes through, and your membership may end if it doesn't.

06Free eval credits

Each billing cycle that starts on or after Oct 25, 2026 unlocks one credit for a free 50K evaluation, which you can request from your dashboard at one of two partner prop firms (the dashboard names them before you request). Credits are tied to the billing period in which they were issued and do not roll over.

Before you request an evaluation you are shown our no-refund policy and must agree to it. Once you request it, your membership payment for that billing cycle is final: no refunds, full or partial, for any reason. We record your agreement with the time, your IP address and browser, and the version of the policy you accepted.

Your evaluation is delivered as a code on your dashboard, which we aim to do within 24 hours of your request, for you to redeem in your own name at the prop firm. Your firm choice is final once you request: it can't be switched to the other firm or a different account size, and the request can't be cancelled to choose again. You must redeem the code within 7 days of delivery; a code not redeemed in that time is forfeited and is not replaced, extended or refunded. It can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. Disputing or charging back a payment after receiving an evaluation may lead to your membership being cancelled.

Evaluations are fulfilled through third-party prop firms and are subject to each firm's own terms, rules and eligibility requirements. Yush Capital is not a prop firm and does not control whether an evaluation is passed or a funded account is issued. Your code covers the evaluation's first payment at the firm only. Later charges, such as any plan renewal before you pass and the activation fee if you pass, are yours, are paid to the firm and are not refunded by Yush Capital.

07Acceptable use

Your membership is for your own personal use. Do not share your login or let anyone else use your account; copy, download (other than files we offer for download, for your own use), screen-record, scrape, resell or publicly share library content, live session content, Discord content or GEX data; try to access other members' accounts or data; or interfere with the Service's security or operation.

Lesson videos are watermarked with your email address or username and a member code, so a recording can be traced to the account it came from. If we find our content shared from your account, we may end your membership without a refund and take further steps to protect our content.

08Intellectual property

All videos, written material, tools, data and branding on the Service are owned by Yush Capital or its licensors. Your membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own education while your membership is active. Nothing is sold or transferred to you.

09Third-party services

Parts of the Service are provided by third parties, including Whop (checkout, billing, sign-in and access to the Discord community), Discord, our hosting and video providers, and the prop firms that fulfil evaluations. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their services or decisions, including a prop firm's rules, prices, payouts or decision to pass or fail an evaluation.

10No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

11Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Market data, including GEX levels, may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yush Capital and its owners, employees and contractors are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for your membership in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

Some places don't allow certain warranties to be excluded or liability to be limited, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

12Payment disputes and chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please email us at [email protected] before you contact your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be sorted out quickly that way.

If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, we will respond to it with our records, as described in the Refund Policy, and we may suspend your access while the dispute is open. Disputing or charging back a payment these Terms make final, including after receiving a free evaluation, may lead to your membership being cancelled.

13Suspension and termination

You can cancel your membership at any time from your Whop account, as described in Price, billing and renewals.

We may suspend or end your membership and access, without a refund, if you break these Terms (for example by sharing your account or our content), misuse the free eval program, act abusively toward other members or our team, or dispute a payment these Terms make final. We may also suspend access where the law requires it or to protect the Service and other members.

If we decide to stop offering the membership altogether, we will tell members in advance and stop future renewals.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect, and the effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you. If you don't agree with a change, cancel before it takes effect.

15Governing law and resolving disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

If you have a concern or a dispute about the Service, please contact us at [email protected] first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we can't resolve it within 30 days, either of us may take it to the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

16General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer your membership or these Terms to anyone else. Nothing in these Terms limits a right you have under a law that can't be changed by agreement.
