What we collect when you join, sign in or use the dashboard, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

Account information from Whop when you sign in: your Whop user id, username, name, email address and profile image, plus your membership's plan, status and renewal dates.

Information you give us: eval requests (chosen firm, account size and any notes), waitlist sign-ups (email address), and messages you send us.

When you request a free eval: a record of your agreement to the no-refund policy, with the time, the policy version, your IP address and your browser's user agent.

Usage information: when you last signed in, lesson progress inside the library and basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to keep the Service secure.

02How we use it

To provide the membership: signing you in, checking your membership status, fulfilling eval requests and saving your progress.

To keep a record that you agreed to the no-refund policy before requesting an eval, so we can answer billing questions, refund requests and payment disputes.

To protect our content: lesson videos show your email address or username and a member code as a watermark, so a recording can be traced to the account it came from.

To communicate with you about your membership, launches and important changes, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

03Whop and payment processing

Payments and billing are processed by Whop. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Whop's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.

04Cookies and similar technologies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived cookie that protects the Whop sign-in step. Your browser's local storage keeps some progress on your device, such as how far you are through a guide or checklist. We don't use advertising cookies.

When you watch lesson videos, our video provider may collect playback quality data (such as start-up time, buffering and errors) linked to an anonymous member code rather than your email, and may store an identifier in your browser for that purpose.

05Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, video delivery and email), with prop firms where needed to fulfil an eval you requested, with Whop and the card issuer when we respond to a payment dispute, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

06Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention and payment-dispute purposes. Records of your agreement to the no-refund policy are kept for as long as they may be needed to answer a refund request or dispute. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. To make a request, email [email protected] from the email address on your Whop account. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information the law requires us to keep or that we need to answer a payment dispute.

08Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and the effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
